Limits, credits & privacy
Up to 100 reviews per batch, 2 MB, UTF-8/UTF-16. Each successfully analyzed review costs 3 credits (10 free credits for a new visitor — about 3 reviews); failed reviews are never charged. Your file stays in this browser — we never store the review text. Finished reviews stay recoverable for 24 hours — after that, re-running analyzes them again (charged normally).
